Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
GENERAL SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICIES
General Shipping:
Charges are calculated by dimensional weight. Length X Width X Height = Volume/194. Freight carriers use this method for packages that are large, but not necessarily heavy.
We charge $1.50 per order as a handling fee.
All orders are sent insured.
Has my order been shipped?
All orders are tracked and recorded. Normal shipping is within 7 to 10 days. Expedited shipments may be requested. Expedited shipments placed after 12:00PM or during weekends will be expedited per customers preferenced shipping choice the next business day.
Can I stop a Package that has been shipped?
No. Once an order has left a warehouse and it is listed as shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Should you refuse said order, see those policy instruction for return freight charges.
What to do If I need to return an item?
Please keep all packing lists and invoices. Contact Us to get an authorization to return number.
All merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Return in original packaging in a new condition.*
Return in 15 days from invoice date. If returned merchandise is not returned in 15 days of invoice date, we will refuse it and no refund will be made.
A copy of invoice is to be returned with package and packing list.Enclose a brief letter of explanation for return.
A 15% restocking charge per item(s) may apply based on TacticalandOptics.com discretion.
All returns are to be prepaid. NO COD’s accepted.
All merchandise paid via credit card will be refunded to that credit card.

We will supply return address upon hearing from you should you need to return merchandise.
We do suggest that you use insurance on all return items, as customer is responsible for returns.
If you were shipped an incorrect item?
Contact Us for a return authorization number. Note authorization number on outside of package. You will be mailed or emailed a UPS return label. If you expedite return via express it will be at your own cost.
Once the incorrect item is received, replacement will be sent. Replacement sent only via UPS standard delivery methods no expedited, overnight, delivery.
If you do not receive your shipment – lost or damaged?
A claim will be filed for the damaged/lost package. You should Contact Us and a claim will be riled with package carrier. (Usually UPS or USPO). Claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved.
If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
If you receive a defective item?
We are not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer. All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by TacticlandOptics.com. Nor are we responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Any questions please Contact Us and we will supply manufacturers name and address.
I need to cancel my order before receipt of the merchandise?
Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process, notify us via Contact Us to cancel the order. It is important to notify us immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day.
If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns process, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added. A 15% restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of TacticalandOptics.com.
Return Freight Charges?
If you refuses a package or UPS returns the package, UPS charges an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount will be billed to you as needed. This charge will in turn be charged back to the customer on credit card merchandise was paid with. Refused items will be shipped directly back to customer, and will not be credited. Return freight charges will be added to credit card from merchandise purchase.
Address Corrections?
If an address correction is necessary and UPS charges for this, the amount will be billed to the customer. This incurs when an address supplied by the customer is incorrect. Usually a fee of $5.00 or upwards to $10.00 for express mail.
Backorders?
Backorders tend to run about 18%. About 75% of those backorders are due to manufacturer supply constraints. The other 25% are most likely our option and depends on what we have going on in our business. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. However, there will be times when a back order happens. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern
International Orders?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
*New Condition:
All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned.

A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn

Any bubble-packed item that has been opened

Taxes
All Louisiana Residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax on products ordered.
